OPEN POSITION 1 : Content Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Producing deep-dive research that contributes to thought leadership content.
  • Writing social media posts, case studies, blog posts, customer success stories, and newsletters.
  • Utilize industry’s best practices and familiarity with the organization’s mission to inspire ideas and content.
  • Working on special content as determined by the team.
  • Hire the right team to help with content and social media
  • Remote, ideally 20-40 hours/month but we can be flexible.
  • Self-starter with a creative, strategic, and enthusiastic drive.
Relevant Experiences
  • You hustle and get stuff done - you’ll have (often ambiguous) responsibilities.
  • You’ve got 4+ year of experience in content writing roles, preferably in a cryptocurrency or digital plaform environment.
  • You are super curious about how decisions are made within a DeFi project team, and talk to all sorts of traders to learn their stories and insights.
  • You love research - you get excited about writing large-order-related blog posts.
  • Community - you get excited about building communities and helping users.
  • Crypto Twitter native / DeFi degen - ideal candidate is someone who is very cypto-native.
  • Proven knowledge and interest in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and DeFi space.

OPEN POSITION 2 : Social Media Expert

Responsibility
  • Coordinate social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities (publishing, analytics, moderation)
  • Develop relevant and appealing content with the distinct Interlay voice to reach target audiences, write copy text and align with marketing targets
  • Create, curate, and manage content on social platforms, uploading content and supporting/moderating live talks on Twitter Spaces, YouTube, etc.
  • Work with the Design Team to ensure brand consistency
  • Work with CMO/Content Manager to develop and expand outreach
  • Use social media marketing tools like Hootsuite for publishing and analytics
  • Measure the success of the channels and campaigns: report on and analyze key metrics and adjust strategy when necessary
  • Create content database and success-rate statistics (views, likes, sharing, etc.)
  • Remote, ideally 20-40 hours/month but we can be flexible.
Relevant Experience
  • A storyteller with solid social media management and content creating an experience
  • You’ve got 2+ year of experience in social media roles, preferably in a cryptocurrency
  • Native or fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Skills to create engaging social media content such as memes, gifs, videos, etc.
  • Ability to coordinate an editorial calendar to assure a consistent flow of content
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage projects from inception to completion
  • Collaborative spirit for co-creating with team, community, and partners
  • Handling pressure well and working towards tight deadlines
  • Proven knowledge and interest in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and DeFi space.

OPEN POSITION 3 : Community Manager

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a consistent experience to onboard new members of the community, and an enhanced experience for holders.
  • Create an adventure plan for the future community.
  • Setup the right systems and processes to ensure successful community participation.
  • Implement the appropriate tooling to ensure the community is successful.
  • Serve as the eyes and ears of the community through sentiment and data tracking, while relaying overall health to team.
  • Hire the right team to help with community moderation and participation.
  • Organize and coordinate live online community events, including tie-ins to the storyline, community adventures, and other creative engagements.
  • Ensure consistency with promotional events and strategies coordinated through other social medias with the Marketing Lead / CMO.
  • Work with marketing and product to ensure coordination around ideas and communication to the community.
  • Remote, ideally 20-40 hours/month but we can be flexible.
Relevant Experience
  • In depth experience participating in, moderating, and facilitating DeFi communities through discord and other social channels.
  • You’ve got 2+ year of experience in social media roles, preferably in a cryptocurrency
  • Proven ability to manage large communities and make them successful.
  • Ability to read and write clearly.
  • Proven knowledge and interest in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and DeFi space.
  • Ability to motivate and manage community moderators and effectively hire A+ talent.
  • Self-starter with a creative, strategic, and enthusiastic drive.
  • Fluency in Discord configuration, bot setup, and security.
  • Fluency in DAO-related platform configuration, including Discourse, Snapshot.
